Ron earned his Chartered Accountant designation in New Zealand in 1988. For nearly 20 years, he specialized in insolvency and restructuring, business and project viability and feasibility, strategic planning, and complex financial modeling at leading international accounting firms and as a partner in a Vancouver-based insolvency and restructuring practice.

After leaving professional practice, Ron co-founded, directed, and held officer roles in several commercial enterprises, primarily in the energy sector — including oil and gas, renewable energy, workforce accommodations, oilfield industrial activities, and First Nations economic development initiatives. He has also consulted with clients in project development and business and financial management roles, including in aquaculture and real estate.

Ron is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter).

Kathleen obtained her MBA from UBC in 1981. She worked in local government for nearly 35 years, beginning in Human Resources and expanding into Corporate Services, including Finance, Asset Management, Procurement, and Information Technology.

Kathleen finished her local government career in 2020 as the Chief Administrative Officer of a mid-size B.C. municipality. During her tenure as CAO, the city's annual building permit revenue doubled, and significant public and private capital projects — many in the city's downtown — were planned and/or completed.

Kathleen is the owner of Kathleen Soltis Consulting Corp., and in 2023 she obtained an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, a Qualified Arbitrator, and a Qualified Mediator, and a member of CPHR BC, the Local Government Management Association of B.C. (LGMA), the Alternate Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (BC Chapter), and the International Coaching Federation (Vancouver Chapter). Kathleen is a citizen of the Métis Nation of British Columbia.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2002. He is a Technology and Engineering Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in advanced technology and development, including more than 16 years with high-tech startups in Silicon Valley.

Jon's experience includes the deployment of gigawatt-scale concentrated solar thermal infrastructure in the Middle East. He leads the Yieldbridge Industries and Yieldbridge Energy professional teams.

Benson Chiu has more than two decades of business management experience, including serving as a board member of several companies and as Vice President and Marketing Director. He is President and Principal of Sierra Lane Construction Ltd.*, a company he founded in 2005.

Over the past 15 years, Benson has grown Sierra Lane from a small, locally focused construction company into a respected full-service construction provider, with multiple projects in progress throughout Canada's western provinces at any given time and ongoing arrangements with several national clients across the region.

*Sierra Lane Construction is the exclusive construction partner for Yieldbridge's activities.

Sean graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. As an officer in the Canadian military, they served as a Defence Construction Canada liaison officer for the DND Pacific Region, managing large-scale construction and real estate development projects.

Sean later founded an engineering and design/build construction company that delivered complex projects in engineering, construction management, aquaculture, and environmental fields worldwide. Closer to home, they founded and managed Arris Construction, a B.C. regional developer and builder. Sean is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia.

Ian obtained his BSc from the University of Victoria in 1984. He worked for a crown corporation and in local government for 32 years. Ian began as a real estate appraiser, obtaining his AACI and RI(BC) designations, and moved on to local government as Manager of Real Estate Services and then General Manager of Planning & Development.

In local government, he managed economic development and led negotiations for the sale and acquisition of key strategic properties for private and public redevelopment. Ian has in-depth knowledge of infrastructure, planning and development, and municipal and provincial land use processes. He continues to build partnerships, working proactively with governments, First Nations, the public, and the business sector in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of properties.
